Blackpaw Innovations is founded. The first version of Hakiqa goes live in a Kilimani retail shop. POS, inventory, and M-Pesa reconciliation in one screen.
Early customers push into multi-branch operations. Hakiqa adds full accounting, bank reconciliation, and the first version of Duka Reports — the daily feed for business owners.
KRA ETR integration lands. Hakiqa becomes one of the first ERP platforms to support e-invoice generation and VAT reporting natively for Kenyan SMEs.
The full platform launches publicly. POS, inventory, accounting, M-Pesa, multi-branch, KRA compliance, and Duka Reports — all in one subscription. Built in Nairobi, for Nairobi.
